In June 2025, the Trademark Bureau of the China National Intellectual Property Administration held the first national trademark business acceptance window training program of 2025 at the China Intellectual Property Training Center. A total of 95 trademark business acceptance window staff from 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country participated in the training.
This training focused on enhancing the business capabilities and service levels of the windows, conducting an in-depth analysis and explanation of the trademark examination and adjudication business throughout the entire process and chain. The course content systematically reviewed the overall process of trademark registration and management, while also specifically addressing issues commonly raised by participants, such as subsequent trademark business, collective trademarks, certified trademarks, and the Madrid Protocol for international trademark registration. During the symposium, participants shared their practical experiences and best practices, and proposed multiple constructive suggestions.
The participating trainees unanimously agreed that the content of this training was comprehensive, highlighted key areas, and was highly practical, aligning well with the needs of grassroots windows. It significantly helped improve the service levels and operational efficiency of the windows, strengthen the construction of talent teams, and better serve the optimization of the business environment, trademark brand development, and regional economic development.
