2. No Guarantee of Registration
Submission of a trademark application does not guarantee successful registration.
Trademark approval decisions are made solely by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and may be affected by factors including:

- Examiner discretion
- Distinctiveness requirements
- Classification issues
- Legal objections or oppositions
Any timelines provided on this website are estimates only and may vary depending on official examination procedures.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:

4. Fees and Payments
Service fees and official filing fees are clearly displayed or quoted prior to engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless explicitly stated:
- Government fees are generally non-refundable once filing has been submitted to CNIPA.
- Service fees already incurred for completed work may not be refundable.
- Additional legal or administrative work outside the original scope may require additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
