CTMAA: Your Partner for Intellectual Property Protection

Connecting the World to the Chinese Market

About CTMAA

Founding Background

In the wave of globalization, China, as one of the world’s most dynamic consumer markets, has attracted the attention of countless overseas enterprises. However, for many ambitious international brands, the first step into the Chinese market—trademark registration—is often fraught with challenges. A complex legal system, linguistic and cultural differences, and cumbersome administrative procedures form an invisible barrier. It is against this backdrop that the China Trademark Agency Alliance (CTMAA) was established. We are building a strategic service team that brings together China’s top trademark agents, intellectual property lawyers, and professional consulting firms. Each member has deep, long-term experience in China’s IP field and profoundly understands the pain points and needs of overseas enterprises when registering trademarks in China. Our goal is to be the intellectual property guardian for international companies entering the Chinese market.
