To improve the efficiency of trademark examination and adjudication, and further facilitate applicants, the China Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Bureau regularly updates the names of acceptable goods and services outside the Similar Goods and Services Distinction Table. The names of acceptable goods and services for the second quarter have been published on the Trademark Query section of the China Trademark Network and the Trademark Online Service System. Applicants can query and fill out the information online.
