China Trademark Classification (2026 version)
China follows the international Nice Classification system (45 classes for goods and services). However, CNIPA further divides each of these 45 classes into numerous subclasses. When registering a Chinese trademark, simply selecting the 1~45 major classes is insufficient; it must be precise to the 6-digit code for goods or services. To facilitate your selection, we have provided an English version of the Chinese Trademark Classification that is consistent with the official website of the CNIPA.
