Conduct Trademark Search
Use the China Trademark Office website to check for similar trademarks. Prioritize identical/similar classes to reduce rejection risks. In the trademark registration process, trademark search & analysis is relatively the most professional step, affecting the probability of successful registration. It is recommended to entrust a professional institution for complex analysis.

Prepare Registration Documents

Agents submit via the Trademark Office portal (required for international entities). Process timeline:
